A challenging climbing structure and exciting social space

We visited Crocketts Primary January 2019 having met with Steve Miller the Deputy Head at the Academies Show in Birmingham. Upon visiting the site on a very cold day it was clear that they were passionate about developing their playground and had a great attitude towards providing their children with challenging and exciting, active play equipment.

A similar project to this would cost £35,000

We discussed ideas for a large robinia climbing structure for the KS2 playground and came up with a bespoke design that provided physical challenges, looked ‘funky’ and also that created a great social space in the playground. The design was an instant hit, and we were delighted to hear from the Head Teacher Lynne Paino in March saying they would like to go ahead. The result is fantastic, and it was so rewarding to be able to go back and hear all the fabulous comments from the children along with hugs and ‘thank yous’!

“The team at Infinite playgrounds did a great job of taking our ideas and creating a play structure that is both challenging and imaginative. They listened to what we wanted, added their extensive knowledge of play and gave us a piece of equipment with a real wow factor. The children, parents (and staff!) love it!”
